McAvoy Consulting has been in business since 1990.  In the last 30 years technical advancements have dramatically changed our business.  However  the one thing that has remained constant is our dedication to our  clients and our placement process.

As companies focus on becoming bigger, we remain steadfast on being a small  engineering boutique focused on our clients needs.  We still believe in investing in relationships and in doing the hard work to align our clients with the right engineer for the job.
